TIGL’s steam blancher is a covered tunnel constructed completely in food grade stainless steel (AISI 304). It includes a screw for movement of coconut powder. Our steam blacnher removes bacterial content from the coconut powder at 90C using steam.
Running time is 6 to 8 mins depending on feed quantity.
